Eakins Oval Philadelphia PA - View to the illuminated Benjamin Franklin Parkway, the Washington Monument fountain, City Hall and part of the Philly skyline during twilight.
The long exposure created light trails of the passing vehicles leading to the magnificent Second Empire architecture style City Hall structure.
With almost 700 rooms the Philadelphia City Hall building is the largest municipal building in the world.
