Orange Calcite - Close view of the texture found in calcite. Orange Calcite's citrus hue comes from Hematite inclusions. Hematite is a dark red to almost black oxide mineral. When sunlight hits these microscopic particles, Orange Calcite reflects that amber-orange glow.
