Description
Boathouse Row - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Computerized LED lights turn on to illuminate and outline each of the houses at Boathouse Row. The colorful lights are reflected on the frozen waters of the east bank of the Schuylkill River as is the colors of the setting sun and sky. Seen in the foreground is the Fairmount Water Works on the Schuylkill river dam. Boathouse Row hosts several major rowing regattas, it is a National Historic Landmark and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
